Co-founder, board member
A lawyer with a degree in Law from the Autonomous University of Madrid and membership in the Valencia Bar Association. Began her career in the legal department of the General Secretariat of Banco Central Hispanoamericano and joined the legal team of Banco Santander’s Industrial Group in 1999, eventually leading it in 2004. From 2007 to 2013, she practiced as an independent attorney, including work with the family firm Díez-Picazo, S.L.P.
Collaborated with Prisa Televisión during major mergers and transactions, such as Digital +, Cuatro, and cross-shareholding deals with Telecinco and Telefónica. In 2013, she joined Promotora de Informaciones, S.A., as Deputy Secretary-General and Vice Secretary of the Board.
Since 2014, she has worked independently with offices in Valencia and Madrid and has served as an arbitrator for the Spanish Arbitration Court. In 2015, she completed postgraduate studies on corporate governance at the European University of Valencia and attended Global Summit of Women events.
In 2016, she co-founded 2050 Life Investments, S.L., and The World in 2050, S.L., serving as CEO. She also served as Secretary-General and Board Secretary for Libertas 7, S.A., from 2017 to 2021.
She is actively involved in the B Corp movement, the Valencian Association of Charity, and the ETNOR Foundation’s seminar on business ethics, contributing both personally and through 2050 Life Investments.
